AUDIT AND INVESTIGATION

  • Investigation relates to all aspects of organizational activities right from alleged embezzlement to individual misdemeanours.
  • Internal audit reporting always includes a formal report and may include a preliminary or memo-style interim report. An interim report typically includes sensitive or significant results the auditor feels are pertinent for immediate sharing with the business.
  • The final report is more formal than the interim report. The final report includes a summary of the procedures and techniques used for completing the audit, a description of audit findings and suggestions for improvements of internal controls and control procedures.

    Statutory compliance of all appropriate enactments. Added Value will undertake statutory compliance for all industry verticals - which includes maintenance of all necessary Registers and Records as per the Acts, and remitting necessary payments on time to avoid penalty, fine, prosecution, etc., Legal opinion/advice: Opinions and advice from legal experts on Labour matters will be provided
