Anand S is an MBA from a premier school and handled senior HR positions in Manufacturing, Service, and IT / ITES companies with proven accomplishments in TVS-Autolec, Panasonic, Zuari, Jet airways, Agility Logistics, Caterpillar (India) and Same Deutz Fahr with a total experience of 25 years.

This vast exposure has provided Anand a great opportunity to have a clear vision on the business strategies for the development of the people and also the organisation through continuous education, talent development and other people-oriented stratagems. Anand and his team of professionals has a strong exposure in the brand promotion initiatives and production of product advertisement films.

AUDIT AND INVESTIGATION

Investigation relates to all aspects of organizational activities right from alleged embezzlement to individual misdemeanours.

Internal audit reporting always includes a formal report and may include a preliminary or memo-style interim report. An interim report typically includes sensitive or significant results the auditor feels are pertinent for immediate sharing with the business.

The final report is more formal than the interim report. The final report includes a summary of the procedures and techniques used for completing the audit, a description of audit findings and suggestions for improvements of internal controls and control procedures.
